Shipping/Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you are unhappy, or something is wrong with your order, you have 30 days after the confirmed shipping date to request a return.
To request a return, you can contact us at southstreetthreads@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges and a restocking fee for returns. Please see Printful’s complete return policy at https://www.printful.com/policies/returns.
