Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery: 

Please allow up to two weeks for orders to be completed. Orders will generally be processed within three to seven (3 - 7) business days, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
• USA: 3 - 4 business days
• Europe: 6 - 8 business days
• Japan: 4 - 8 business days
• International: 10 - 20 business days

Weekends and holidays are not business days. Pre-order, backorder and made to order items will have an extended processing time, which is listed on the product description. These times are subject to change.
